1. The load needs to be quick and efficient. The more time wasted loading, the less likelihood of having proper timing to deliver the football well.
 
2. Utilizing the whole body is critical. No one gets away with throwing with all arm, there must be effective forward shifting of the weight to throw the ball hard and far.
 
3. The wrist is the true separator. There are many people who are good at 1 and 2 but the wrist is really what makes quarterbacks great.
 
4. Finish through the throw. The weight does not stop before or during the release, but after the release.

How do I send in video?

When you sign up in the confirmation email, we will explain the angles of throws we want as well as how to upload the videos to Dropbox so Coach Morey can access them.

I am worried the workout program will be too much stress. What do you think?

The program is customized to the athlete's age, exercise experience, training schedule, etc. The reason we made it personalized is because we want to make sure it is something the athlete can handle. If focusing primarily on range of motion, grip, core, and other non-weight bearing exercises provide more value, then we will do that instead.

If I have specific questions can we do calls or meet on Zoom?

Absolutely, when first starting we'll have a Zoom session to get acquainted and see what the main areas we should focus on in the program will be to ensure you get maximum results!

My son is only age ___. Is this program still for him?

Yes! The program focuses on improving mechanics overall. The throw 60 is a goal to be able to achieve. Some athletes will be too young to throw that far but they will develop the mechanics to get there.

I think working in person would be better than online, do you do in-person training as well?

Yes! However, that does not mean this program is not for you. I meet with a lot of Quarterbacks in this program in person as well and depending on how many sessions it is just waive the fee.
